Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges
All returns must meet the following conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
• Hygiene seal and/or tags must remain intact
• Items must be free from stains, deodorant, make-up or damage
Returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted.
What if my item arrives damaged?
In the rare case that an item arrives with an imperfection, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos of the issue to BIDAISLA@hotmail.com and our team will assist you as quickly as possible.
Returns from the EU
EU returns are shipped to our warehouse in the Netherlands at the customer’s expense.
Shipping costs depend on your location.
Returns from outside the EU
International returns may be subject to customs and duties. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. During launches and busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location. You will see an estimated delivery time at checkout and receive tracking once shipped.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
My tracking hasn’t updated, what should I do?
Tracking updates can take 24 to 48 hours after shipment. If it still doesn’t update, contact us and we’ll check it for you.
Product Care
How should I wash my BIDA ISLA swimwear?
Hand wash only in cool water with mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and gently press out excess water.
Can I machine wash my bikini?
No. Machine washing can damage the fabric and affect the fit. Always hand wash only.
What should I avoid when wearing my bikini?
Avoid rough surfaces like rocks, pool edges and concrete to prevent snagging or pilling.
What is the best way to dry my bikini?
Lay flat in the shade to dry. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources.
General Information
Are your pieces limited?
Yes. We release small, limited drops to reduce overproduction and keep quality premium.
What materials do you use?
We use premium fabrics such as ECONYL regenerated nylon, made from recovered waste like fishing nets and other discarded materials.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed yet, contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
I entered the wrong address, what now?
Contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped yet we can update it. If it has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.
Issues with your order
My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
First check your tracking link. If it shows delivered but you can’t find it, contact us and we’ll help you.
I received the wrong item
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item received. We’ll fix it quickly.
My item is missing from my order
Please contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate and resolve it.
My item arrived damaged
Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos so we can offer a solution.
